This Flight Training Device allows visual and instrument flight instruction in a Beechcraft King Air B350 cockpit built on a 1:1 scale, as well as all the instruments and systems on board for this type of aircraft (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, fire detection, annunciator, avionics) including GPS and weather radar, and a comprehensive station where an instructor can record in video and software all the pilots actions, and control the each training session evolution.

The software used to perform all functions in the FTD corresponds to an exclusive KIRVIT development.

This device is operating in the Colombian Navy (ARC) Aviation School, located at Ernesto Cortissoz International Airport of Barranquilla City, since October 2011.
